How to Care for Your Cutting Board
Cleaning
Wash with warm, soapy water after each use.
Wipe dry immediately—do not let it soak in water.
Never put your board in the dishwasher.
Maintenance
Apply food-grade mineral oil or cutting board conditioner once a month (or more if the board looks dry).
Spread the oil evenly using a clean cloth and let it absorb overnight.
